Our products for the food and pharmaceutical industry are manufactured in compliance with the main European (CE 1935: 2004) and international (FDA) standard. Moreover 7 of our materials (SINTEK ® FDA – SINTEK ® HTPU – HYTRON ® AK – SINTEK ® MVQB and SINTEK ® V1 Al 001177 – SINTEK ® HTPU – HYTRON ® AK – SINTEK ® MVQB SINTEK ® V1 Al 001177, SINTEK ® EPDM FDA, SINTEK ® and EPDM FDA KTW 81) are certified according to Chinese standards regarding food contact, and especially to the following standards: GB 4806.6 -2016 for plastic resins, 4806.7-2016 for plastic materials and articles, 4806-11 – 2016 for rubbers and rubber articles.

In order to meet all of these needs, we have invested heavily in research and development and, along with the use of common elastomers and plastics, ATP has developed special materials that provide greater resistance to critical conditions such as temperatures, forces and pressures.

The design improvements made to PTFE membranes and bellows and the identification of calculation and production methods that have optimised the quality of these components have enabled us to develop a new material, SINTEK V1-AL 001177, which improves on the fatigue limits of SINTEK V1-AL and conforms to the most current food standards such as FDA, EU (10:2011, 1935: 2004).
