At “NETX”, our 2019-end event, ATP shared with the whole team the 2020 strategy, which was focused on three keywords: Digital, People and Agile. Three assets that have become a guide to face Covid-19 emergency.
How did it happen? Firstly ATP implemented new measures for its’s team safety, corporate digitalization and market listening. We have strengthened our online presence and paid attention to the market by developing new products, such as visors and protection panels, which have become essential in the new global scenario. Meantime, ATP chose to integrate the CIGS (government funds) to guarantee everyone a full salary.
The goals stated during Next have been quickly materializing in actions, gestures and products, demonstrating once again that flexibility, attention and innovation are part of our DNA.
