HYGIENIC DESIGN: QUALITY AND EFFICIENCY IN THE FOOD SECTOR (AND NOT ONLY!)

Published onby ATP Group

As we all know, machines for the food & beverage sector have to meet very high hygiene requirements and fulfil more and more restrictive regulations and standards (such as regulation 1935:2004 known as MOCA). These requirements involve all the system around production, from machineries to equipment, from products to accessories up to staff.

The design of the sealing systems needs increasingly specific attention and skills – especially the development of customized solutions. Staying updated is necessary to manufacture products that can ensure maximum safety, quality and efficiency.

That being said, in line with the company will to always achieve excellence and in preparation for CIBUS TEC 2019 (you can find us at stand D49, Hall 3), today ATP technicians have attended a refresher course on Hygienic design by TECEUROLAB, a market leader in technical knowledge and an important testing laboratory for high-performance materials and processes
