ATP has installed a collaborative robot performing repetitive operations on one of the CNC machines in the production facility in Montese in order to reduce tasks with low added value to a vague reminiscence. Techman TM 12 6-axis robot is the result of a design process which involved not only the engineering side but our operators as well: it is extremely versatile, able to perform several operations during the work cycle and can be used on more than one machine. Thanks to the introduction of this robot, whose programming is in charge of the operators, productivity and efficiency increase since technicians can take care of quality control more carefully. As always, top quality is the main goal and the person is at the heart of every project.
