AK101 LIP SEALS
In filling systems, ATP proposes the use of a piston seal system consisting of a lip seal for dosing (type AK101), a central guide and a second pneumatic profile seal used for product suction and therefore able to guarantee greater precision.
The solution, made of FDA and MOCA (EU 1935:2004) certified materials such as SINTEK HTPU, SINTEK EPDM FDA or SINTEK FPM FDA, will be customised during the design phase to overcome the critical cleaning issues presented by your plant.

SINTEK FPM FDA – application for high temperature or with chemical agents
SINTEK EPDM 81 KTW FDA – application in the food industry
