One of the most important added values is component validation testing. The ATP Test Room deals with issues related to static and dynamic seal parts. The use of suitable machinery and the reconstruction of small internal systems enable the evaluation and analysis of the friction forces, wear, durability and sealing capacity of individual gaskets. In particular through the tests it is possible to:
- Check the assembly of the system components.
- Evaluate the response of special seals under different operating conditions (pressure, temperature, materials, and speed).
- Check the duration and physical condition (wear) of seals subjected to a number of variable cycles.
- Optimise the sealing profile by acquiring, studying and verifying experimental results.
The ATP Test Room is therefore able to support the customer in developing and choosing the most suitable material for the application.
