AZK SEALS

AZK seals are successfully employed in pneumatic applications characterized by limited spaces. In particular, AZK seals are double-acting solutions that can be customised based on the seat. This allows the pressure to act on both sides of the seal, providing an efficient yet extremely compact seal.

Since these seals have a radial development that is much greater than their axial development, it is recommended to create open slots to facilitate their application.

While they are usually made from nitrile rubber, ATP can also produce them in other materials. Examples include SINTEK HTPU (for high wear resistance), or SINTEK FPM FDA (for high thermal resistance). These types of seals can also made in special sizes in order to adapt them to other seats, the feasibility of which can be verified by our technicians.
