KTPE COMPOSITE SEALS
AVAILABLE IN STANDARD, HEAVY (KTPE/P) OR LIGHT (KTPE/L)
A more compact system is available for hydraulic cylinders with the use of track seals. In these solutions, an elastomeric O-Ring statically compresses a moulded plastic ring which functions like a dynamic seal.
Regarding the chosen materials and dimensions, track seals generally allow for pressure up to c500 bar, or speed beyond 10m/s. For some oleodynamic applications, ATP also offers solutions in SINTEK HTPU with increased ease of installation.

SINTEK 916 – applications for stainless steel
