THE INTERNAL LIP IS ROUNDED TO IMPROVE THE GAS SEAL
Lip seals are widely used in hydraulic cylinders.
These solutions are easy to install, and develop friction proportional to the operating pressure.
These seals are usually excellent solutions for pressure values of up to about 300bar (in SINTEK HTPU) and speeds of up to 0.5m/s.
Thanks to the selection of the appropriate materials and proper sizing, ATP is able to create optimized lip seal solutions.

SINTEK HNBR – Resistant to wear and high temperatures
SINTEK HTPU SL – Scratch resistant, smoother
SINTEK D55 – Scratch resistant, 55Sh D hardness
