TSD COMPOSITE SEALS
Compact systems for hydraulic cylinders can be created using of blade seals. In these solutions, an elastomeric O-Ring statically compresses a profiled plastic ring, which acts as a dynamic seal.
Depending on the selected materials and the sizing, blade seals usually allow for pressures of up to about 500bar or speeds of over 10m/s to be reached.
ATP also offers solutions in SINTEK HTPU material for certain hydraulic applications, for greater ease of installation.
