KTSI COMPOSITE GASKETS
AVAILABLE IN STANDARD, HEAVY (KTSI/P) OR LIGHT (KTSI/L)
The KTSI composite seal is a more compact system and can be realised for hydraulic cylinders through the use of slide seals. In these solutions, an elastomeric O-ring statically compresses a shaped plastic ring that acts as a dynamic seal.
Depending on the materials and dimensions chosen, skid seals usually allow pressures up to around 500 bar or speeds above 10m/s.
For certain hydraulic applications ATP also offers solutions in SINTEK HTPU material for easier installation.

SINTEK FC – application in increased pressure
SINTEK BM – oleodynamic applications at high temperature
SINTEK 916 – applications for stainless steel (e.g. alimentary and pharmaceutical)
