ATR1-SEDE

The classic profiles of moulded elastomer sealing rings and oil seals are designed to work at low pressure (up to 0.5bar).

For higher pressure applications, machined ATR gaskets are more suitable than moulded ones, as the sizing of the lip can be designed based on the specific operating pressure.

These profiles can be made from SINTEK NBR (elastomer), SINTEK FPM (elastomer), SINTEK MVQB (silicone-based elastomer), and SINTEK HTPU (Polyurethane with high resistance to pressure and wear). Finally, in the presence of higher pressure values, special supports made from appropriate plastic materials can be utilised.

If the fluid is not lubricating enough, it is recommended to adopt special solutions, such as ATR dust excluder seals.

During installation, it is recommended to use a specific lubricant (e.g. OKS 475) in the sliding area to reduce friction and extend the life of the seal.
